You will conduct a guilt-by-association transcriptomic analysis to identify potentially novel secreted biomarker of liver cancer .

During your journey you will use filters, sort data, conduct correlation and statistical analyses, build volcano plots and gene interactomes, and learn to visualize, present and defend your data, perhaps generate a new hypothesis, and hone skills in writing and preparing a scientific manuscript.

MASLD-HCC in the UK

You will mine the UK Biobank to map liver cancer in the United Kingdom with an emphasis on fatty liver-related hepatocellular carcinoma.
